Well, actually its not that hard if you have plenty of traded pokemon. Another words you need to have pokemon with different ID numbers than your pokemon. Make sure to trade with friends and trade with the people in the game. I've won it a few times. Crappy prizes though.

i heard that if u put Chimecho first in your party, u have a better chance of getting the winning ticket. u may have 2 try about 2-4 times with that. me and my friends did it, and it works.
