How dumb are you people all you have to do is use the cat shoot him out of the sky then use your main character and go behind Dran and beat the out of him. Then when he gets up do it again.

make your second allie throw ock at him then attack him or throw bombs at .hahahaha!!!!

you hold down x until you flash then let go (with myweapon it did 25 damage)then you keep shooting at him with xiao (cat girl until you hit him he'll fall down and keep repeating it took me 2 repair powders to do it

Personlly, I think it's quite easy. All you have 2 do, is knock Dran out of the sky with the kitty girl, then when Dran gets hit, he drops to the ground. Take out Toan, or the main character if you named him something else, and equip you most powerful sword. Go up to Dran, preferably behind him, hold down the "X" button until you blink then let go. My sword was the Shamshir, and it took me about ten hits. A lot of other people have more powerful swords though...
You will need lots of repair powder, so come prepaired.
