from lavender town you go down until you find a house. go in and talk to the guy a.k.a the fisherman then he will give you the super rod.

didnt you play the original RBY versions?
lavender town = kanto. duh.
but y do u need the super rod? it only catches pkmn at lvl 40, which is bad b/c pkmn learn many useful moves at lower lvls. i always fish with the good rod b/c the old rod pkmn are a bit too weak.

i need the super rod because it catches pokemon lv. 40 which i kind of need right now. like for an example i could catch a dragnair if i had the rod because im trying to get a good dragon pokemon for battling Lance.

lol it's very rare to catch a lvl 40 dragonair. the only dragon pokemon you will get is dratini.
