After some experimenting i have figured out how to use the create_unit cheat for everything ecept naval ships. I do just like everything else and go to the export file to get the proper name for the ship i want to create then put all the info in like normal. My problem is I always get the message you cant add ships to your city garison. What do i put in place of the city name / comander name so i dont have this issue as the ports are not actually named anything different then the city they are attached to.

YOU SIMPLE TYPE THE CHEAT AS USUAL

    FOR EXAMPLE

    create_unit "Admiral ????" "roman biremes" 5 8 8 8

The Character name is of a naval admiral so you have to already have some boats to start with

    HOPE THIS HAS HELPED
