A really good team for the Elite 4in Pokemon Fire red is: (your starter) L-80, Articuno L-60, Moltres L-60,Zapdos L-60,(any psychic) L-71, (any dragon) L-65. If you already beat the Elite 4 and fixed Celio's machine by getting the ruby and sapphire, I would recommend Mewtwo a your psychic pokemon and Dragonite for your dragon .
P.s: Make sure your Zapdos knows thunder or thunder bolt for Lance's Dragon/Flying types and Gyarados.

A strong Ice and a Strong Psychic/Ghost are a must. But the rest can be almost anything.
