What professions should I have?

Can i get burning crusade account without having the original WoW account?
i'm playing on my brothers account but i want my own do i have to get the old wow first before burning crusade?

I would suggest skinning/leatherworking if you're looking to make some cash, and you must have your own original WoW account in order to add on the burning crusade code.
