i never got it yet but i heard from people who did that they wore something red and itwasnt a ? space sorry i cant give all details but i hope it helps you im still workin on it
ps they said the red collar works best but i think anything will work

Someone said that you need to have your dog be quenched, full, and beautiful. and then wear something red like you said. SOmeone also said something about it eationg natural food beforehand but i'm not sure where to get it. I think you might have to unlock it.

yes you have to unlock it to get the natural dog food. to get it you can go to the pet supply where you touch the go out screen then the shop then pet supply or you can go to the discount shop to get them, which they are cheaper. in the pet supply they cost like $5.00 a pack.
