Where can you get metal coat other then stealin one from magnemite?
Foe Deoxys use extremerspeed!Mew put her left leg out and ITS A 1 HIT-KO.Deoxys was too fast that it nvr saw Mew's leg in front of it and trippped over!

On Five Island, south of the Team Rocket base, there is a huge monument. The monument was to an Onix or a Steelix or something like that. Talk to the guy down there, and then look at the monument. If you have a can of Lemonade, select it from your bag, and place it next to the monument. The guy will notice and give you a Metal Coat. If you don't have a Lemonade, you can get one on the Two Island shop.
