The monument was to an Onix or a Steelix or something like that. Talk to the guy down there, and then look at the monument. If you have a can of Lemonade, select it from your bag, and place it next to the monument. The guy will notice and give you a Metal Coat. If you don't have a Lemonade, you can get one on the Two Island shop. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I'm on autopilot today."
