Where can i find a van for robbing houses. I really want to try it out. But i can't find the van. Everytime i go on da streets i never see one, just look alikes, please help

This isn't the first time someone's come up with this. Okay. i'll help. In los santos, find the gym. Face the door, then turn 180 degrees. There'll be a few bunches of little identical houses. Look in all of those little blocks of houses, and you should find a black van.
If I haven't been clear enough, post me, I'll write some new directions. Hope I could help
