you can clone pokemon by breeding with a ditto and any pokemon EX eevee to get an exact copy
Its remarkable how many people confuse breeding with cloning. By getting an egg the pokemon will automatically be level 5 when it hatches. Since it is not the same level and doesn't have the same stats or moves as the original, it cannot qualify as a clone. Clones must be identical in every way.
