I know where to find Chansey. It is at the route right to the Fuscia City. You can find it only at night. Hehe. I got it once and for all. No Chansey appear at there again. Maybe it has extinc. Hehe.

no chansey will always be there. is just it so hard to find. i spent almost an hour searching for it....
