how do i get past the guy sitting on the chair without killing him or shooting him. i've had the game for 2weeks and have not been able to get past this part someone anyone please help the kid out.

hey bro!! when approachin da guy stick ur back 2 da wooden fence when u reach da door in da fence do a swat turn go 2 other side of door aim from here still wid ur back to wall ( stickin 2 it) shoot out da light ,da dude will rush to inspect da light nd will hv his back towrds u so get out of ur back to wall mode nd creep out silently towrds him nd u can take him hostage or knock him out from behind but dont 4get 2 hide his damned body .god speed bro!
