can anyone tell me when eevee evovles? i've groomed him 15 times and he is on lv. 32 but he isn't evolving. anybody have any ideas?

evee evolves when its happiness level is at its highest this can be at any level. to raise its happiness take it to the hairdressers, use power ups on it (such as calcium, carbos, iron, protien), dont let it faint as that lowers its happiness, and give it items such as pink bow. to check its happiness take it to the lady in goldenrod and if she says something like "your pokemon is really happy it loves you a lot" or something like that (i cant really remember exactly what she says) the next time it goes up a level it should evolve

try using those other methods on your evee as i think grooming alone wont make it happy enough

can u only get evee from the team rocket guy?? or can u get in the wild????

you get him from bill and then somewhere in kanto. i dont think a rocket guy would give you an eevee unless he was really stupid giving a kind of rare pokemon to his worst enemy.
