I know that one! go to the latest square you can get to, talk to that yellow chick there and give her what she wants. Then you can go to the next square.

Yo i donno if u already found the answer, but go to Yai's hp and use the short cut to sci lab, then there will be a yellow navi there, speak to her, then go to Yoka sq.

Its in beach area and you have to get a chip for her and she gives you the thing you need
