wat is in it i wanna know wat is in it because the description was nothing and wats in number 10 too

I might be wrong, but i'm pretty sure it indicates the number of features in the trainer. For example a trainer +3 would have 3 game altering option like infinite health, infinite mana, infinite gold. While a trainer +5 would have those three plus all items, and all silver keys. I never used the fable trainers though, so I don't know what they do. I would either go with the +10, or both, because more is probably better.
