SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! I can't find the mechanical skill 5 anywhere...Is there something I have to do to earn it???? PLEASE HELP ME...It's the part where i have 2 earn the mechanical skill 5, and break into the penthouse and get the blueprints

i couldnt find it at first either, but just mess with the game clock cos skillpoints only come up once a week 4 8 hours and there r like 5 so to make it quicker just do that. it worked 4 me.hope it helps!
