when you doing the mayor marry quest you must battle whit thunder in head mans hill.
when you fall down the cliff together whit thunder you can escape through that door.
there are not important things behind the door :P

im sorry but he is wrong the door in gibbet woods leads to thhe place were u fell down, fighting thunder just in case u need to go back there for anything, like the silver key
