alakazam can only be owned when a person trades w/ you. (A poKEmon evolves when it is traded.) I know an easier way. in My way, it can be caught. use the duplication trick first to the masterball.(If you have any left!) the duplication trick doesnot have something to do w/ the alakazam trick. it just makes masterballs 4 u 2 catch alaKaz. after u do the dupli trick, talk to the old man in viridian city then say NO! fly to cinnibar and surf up and down to the part of land that faces seafoam. You will encounter pokemon above lvl 100 there.I caught an ALAKAZAM after 25 tries one byone non stop. CAUTION!!! this trik only works 2% from a 100% ur lucky if u caught an alaKAZ>
Oh and just so you guys know, when u catch a above level 100, thats the only time and way in the game you'll get a pokemon higher than level 100, but take not the next time it levels it will go down.... golbat caught=L136 leveled L100
Dude thats the Missingno Glitch and you Catch certin pokemon according to the letters and or numbers in your name and you can catch a multitude of different pokemon this way but no matter what you will always end up being able to catch Missingno. And contrary to popular belife (i misspelled that) if you catch Missingno it will not completely wreck your game just the hall of fame will get a little screwed-up.
