I installed the mod but there are no set or unique items on sale

Are you sure? They will only be in Eirulan. The Armor Shop will have all item components for enchanting, the Weapon Shop will have all quest-oriented uniques and sets, and the component salesman (has green gem overhead) has all other unique and set items.

All other shops in the game work normally.

I unzipped the file to the folder Resources, just the same thing with other mods
but no uniques ot sets on shops ( of course the shops in Eirulan)
has the mod updated ? 🤔

1: the mod only works in multiplayer i beleive

2: i have a shield at 821 armor and scaled plate at 811 but these dont seem to appear in the super shop, any idea.
this was found in the single player game though, got almost 2200 armor on main char now.

an 821 armor shield ??? o_o'
which mob dropped it ?

OK, I can't get this Super Shop mod to work. I have it in required folder, but when I play single player game, there's nothing special or different available on Eirulaan merchants. I then tried multiplayer - same thing, nothing special or different. Thus I am getting the feeling that either it doesn't really work that well, or it has a conflict with some other mod. Anyone has any idea with what mod this one could conflict? I found nothing in its readme.txt file. Also, can someone tell finally whether this mod works ONLY in multiplayer or also in single player or in both?

I have DungeonSiege2 v2.0 and the mods work properly in single player game.(I don't know about multiplayer).I put the .ds2res files into C/ProgramFiles/MicrosoftGames/DungeonSiege2/Resources. About the SuperShop mod (put it in the file above)you can buy the items from the stores in Eirulian.Also i don't think that it conficts with other mods because i put three mods in the file(Resources) and all worked.If you want, you may delete the other mods from the file, let only SuperShop mod and then see if it works. If it doesn't work i can say only that maybe it has to do with the version of the game.Hope i help.

Ah, I see.. My game version is 2.2, I have not tried it with 2.0, maybe this is the case. Guess there are two things to test now - without any other mods and with fresh DS2 install, ver. 2.0.. I know this is a shot into the dark, but anyone has been able to make it work in v2.2 (and how)?
