All the car can be come the fastest cars on the game, you have to the do the Burger King challenge.
Unlock Burger King challenge: Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right at the "Press Start" screen. Complete the challenge and you will be able to use all Junkman parts on cars you have in "My Cars".
