Darth Maul is defintely the best dark side jedi in the game. Yoda is good for the light side.

Halo or Legend of Zelda.
Don't know which is better, but they both sure are great!

anakin skywalker because he has choke power and you can stop people in thier tracks, and i know a cheat where you have unlimited choke power.
