i tried this one and there was not any response in game by pushing the keys in the game. i finished the game but for buying some instrument i need a trainer which give infinite money. but none of the trainers on list doesn't work for this the first trainer is alright except for using shotgun i should say that it was one of the best games which i had ever played because i'm Iranian and by this i went in American life in the past it was very interesting.

Yes, I agree. None of the trainers do give infinite money. Anyways, I got 700$, so that doesn't really bug me.
