hey bubba, I have two questions.
1. can you please tell me how to arrest someone? I forgot, i know you frisk them but I remember pressing B button but it doesn't seem to work could you please tell me what to do
2. this game is so dark i can barely play it, is there any way to make it brighter? (and i'm talking about daytime in the game, not night).

nevermind about the second one, i just turned the constrast and everything up all the way on my TV but still the game looks like crap now but eh who cares.

if there is a yellow bar when you frisk them and they have contraband just punch them till you see no more yellow then a pair of cuffs pops up press b then it arrests them if they have a gun use a nutralizing shot then the cuffs come up press b and wala and if you want to give them tickets stop in front of a car flash badge they git out and presds the flash badge button again it is very helpful if no money is at your dispose
