every tiem i walk up to the door were im supposed to meet the bounty hunters, its says "YOU MUST BE ALONE" even thou i am in 'solo' mode and my companions are far behind.. also hwo to i arrange a meetign with the exchange?

You have to be cloaked in order to sneak up on them and overhear the conversation.
