when you go to map editor and the screen appears black hold L and R and an Advance war map will appear this works i found it out myself.

Doesn't it just give a special map or something? Cause those kinds of chetas can just be made by doing the cheat then remaking it.

Here's a FACT!!

Ooziums arn't unkillable...They just seem that way, cause they kill things in one shot. Unforutnalty, you cannot kill them until Lash and Hawke rebel against Black Hole
