I got skorm's bow by sacrificing 1 person. It was the hireling guy in TwinBlade's Camp.
He was the first guy I sacrificed, then I used the bow to kill the people in the temple.

You have to sacrifice someone at night between the first two stars and on the right day (don't know how to tell the days apart, sorry). I did this and I got the bow on the first try.

guys, you have to bring traders and good people, not bandits, bring around 10-20 and you'll get the bow.

well yeah thats basecly it, jsut sacrifce ppl, im preaty sure it depends on when you bring em so w/e eather way just get bunch of ppl to sacrifice and also i dont think it maters if your realy bad, i have max bad... and had hella time trying to get ppl to follow me lol

well heres a beter idea lol, found it out today, take your wife and sacrifice her, cuz when you divorce i got +600 evil, so i think you get it first shot
