I think Omega Shenron is not in the game either because Z Battle Gates are Shenron's memories and the Black Star Dragon was summoned not Shenron or because Shenron never forgot that battle in the first place because it was the last battle.

He is not in the game for a fact. It's just something we thought we could do in the game and talksick decided to lie about having him then he finnaly addmitted he lied.

sigh i know everything about this so heres why(IM NOT BRAGING I ACULY TALKED TO HIM ON THE INTERNET)"in atari we felt that omega shenron wasn't a nesacary character to have in tenkaichi

They're most likely saving the shenrons for tenkaichi 2 or budokai 4.

I'm ganna go with hotstreak, In z battle gates you revive shenrons memories, and shenron was never there for the battle.

People deserve to get the full expieriance of their games!!!

I'm glad they didn't have him in Tenkaichi cuz Omega Shenron was weak in Budokai 3. I mean, go on practice mode, you see that both his attack and defense are at 100%. You'd think they would have both his attack and defense at like 150%. Even kid buu's ultimate attack pwns omega's and kid buus weaker than him.
