What's the twisted key i found in the bonus round after torment for?!

Ok well after you beat Soul Break ("Champions Medallion" for Plane of Torment)you get to explore the prison "block" in the "Citidel of Pain" following me so far?
Well after you get in there, you need the twisted key to unlock...umm.....well i forgot her name but she's the vampire girl that betrayed Vanorhost in the first Champions game. Well after you unlock her from her cell with the twisted key then she asks you to get the "Bloodvine" for her....which is found in the "Gothic Castle" (to get there, you need to keep all 8 gnomes alive from the sea monster threat in The Pit of Ill Omen).
Well after you do that she gives you a reward.....biting a hole in your ear so you can wear another earing to be exact. lol so there you have it...the twisted key and all its wonders.
