when i put the raikou cheat, jirachi cheat, and celebi cheat in, i only ran into wild sunflora when i put the entei cheat in, my game froze and when i put the suicune cheat in, i only ran into wild houndoom

NOTE!!!!!!!!! To teleport to were you want to go make sure your Action Replay is ON then you simply walk through a door and you teleport there. Once you are there turn OFF your Action Replay so you don't teleport again. When you are done you simply go to the boat and talk to the guy he will say "do you want to return to Lilycove or Slateport" then that is all.
P.S. When you get to Birth Island you have to solve a problem with a triangle it is not as simple as it seems.
