Go to route 134 make sure you stay on the bottom of the currents. The cave is surrounded by 6 rocks go inside and do the puzzle. After that the three caves open up. The caves are located route 105 Regice, route 111 Regirock, route 120 Registeel. They are all on level 40. All the caves have puzzles if you have a problem let me know and I'll tell you the answers.
which sealed chamber? if its 4 regice, u run around the edge once without going away from the wall. if its regirock, from the brail u go left, left, down, down, then u use rock smash. if its 4 registeel, u go in the middle of the room & use flash. hope this helped ya
