she groom your pokemon only from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm. it's tea time.

Thanks. How do you get the silver wing. I thought i had it but when i seached for lugia i realized i didnt

you find an old man(gold version) and talk to him and he will give you silver wing. it depends what version are you play. if it's silver the wing is in goldenrod city and if it's gold then it's in pewter city.
