It's easy. First, download the skin you want. Make sure you have any version of WinZip to make it more easier. Then, find the root directory of GTA: Vice City(My root directory of GTA: Vice City is /My Computer/C:/Games/GTA: Vice City/). When you already found your directory, go to Skins folder. Next is to put the picture(make sure that the picture has the same setup as the picture that is already in the Skin folder)in the Skins folder. Vola! you now have your very own skin. You can also read the ReadMe.txt file in WinZip for instructions on how to install.
