those would be for a Hlaalu quest. put them back or hang onto them if you're playing Hlaalu. if not, then they're of no use to you.

one of htose would also be for a thieves guild mission. * chuckles* one some of them the master thief has you playing robin hood, and in this case you give a widow back the land deed a nasty Hlaalu was gonna steal from her.
