You find it in the library. U need "Form of Mist" 2 get it tho. After u defeat Gaibon (Purple Demon looking dude) then keep going. You will find a room with one of the doors that says "Mist could Past." Use for of mist and the bat form will be in the room.
If you mess with the best, you go down like the rest.
