Heh.....I just came here to check things out....
I'll answer your question at Altering Cave when you do something special in the game you may find an elusive Pokemon there but its very rare to find one.

I thought you had to walk in a pattern. and what pokemon? I dont suppose its celebi, is it? Im sorry, I dunno.

No there's no leganderies there but I know there's a Stantler in there.

you can get those in the Safari zone, easy.

I know seriously they put a Stantler in Altering Cave.

Oh yeah I remember you can also find an Aipom in Altering Cave as well but its also available in the Safari Zone.

maybe its for those people who are too cheap to pay the entrance fee or suck at Safaris.
