first get some ranged weapons and a shield, a bow wont work. then run into the place with the tormentor guy and the n run back out. If nothing follows you, do it again, if the little archers come, i find it best to kill them first. When you get him out into the smaller room, block when he comes over to you. Then press L2 (i think) to move backwards. Then hit him with some ranged weapons until he comes ovewr to you again. when he does, block and repeat.
hope this helps, i was useing the shaman and his poison bolts but i think this should work as well.

no no you need to damage him until your almost dead. gate scroll,fill up ur health,gate back, (continue).....Happy Pwning
