how in the hell do u get the hot coffee cheat to work with out the gameshark and also do u have to beat the bank robbery mission for that catalina to beat the game

i forgot to say when i press up on the d pad in front of the family gang members they just walk right past me how do i keep them from not walking right past me or they try to shoot cesar or me. then cesar shoots them and they run away. then cesar kills them.

im not sure wuts goin wrong but i use a desert eagle gun and lock on to them and press up on the Dpad. thats all i kno. and do u need to have gang members on ur mission, i never do, i find it easier by myself, srry its been awhile since i've played....
