Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. They are not in the game! The passwords are only for upgrading the characters that are accesible through DBZ Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi. You can't use passwords to get characters from DBZ 3 that aren't in tenkaichi.
