When i get to the part on act one, where you first meet the azunite scholar, i kill all the dryads but he wont talk to me, there is no one around him but he continues to say "Help me young one" no matter what i do he just says that, is there any way to fix this, or did i do something wrong?

walk around and kill everyone that might be mad at him for useing a healing spell. In other words.. kill everything.

but there is no one around him, ive killed everyone, and ive quit and reentered the game several times, i dont know whats wrong

its a bug in the game obviously i got it before and had to restart my whole file. if u dont want this to happen again get the 2.2 patch (it might stop u from using some mods).
