hi Gaijin64 / Hi guys did that work for you? we're having the same problem here. I've changed the code in the CivIV Config settings and I can't bring up the console. I've saved it as chipotle and nothing happens. Please help, would greatly appreciate it!

Nope. I'm still dead in the water on this one. Can't figure out what the problem is.
I read that the cheat is supposed to enable all functions of the world builder/editor. Is this working? While playing, you can hit escape (or maybe CTRL+W) and then access the world builder/editor to make modifications?
I don't have the game, so just relaying what I've read..

Some different language windows have the tilde key on the "TAB" button. Anyway the whole thing does not working for me too. I have changed the .ini file and during the game the console came up (for me pressing the TAB)but after typing the "help" word was nothing happened. Was the same when I typed that line to change the amount of the gold...
I'm not able to get the cheat to work.. I have a norweian keybord and the ~ is not above the tab.. what key should I use to open the consol where I can type the cheat code?
