I need to get on top of the building in East L.A. that says POLICE on it and i cant and theres a mission that i obviously cant get to. Plz tell me how to get up there!!!!

hey dude i got mad too when i couldnt get up on top of this building, i got sooo mad tho when i found out there a door that brings u right too the top... when your going down the bridge (the highway bridge not the bridge with the train on it) there a door on that side of the building if u jus look at it while your riding your board

the same thing happened to me.
I spent a good 25 minutes trying to do parkour and all other sorts of things and i fell and went right through the door (needless to say, i had to throw my control at the tv).
