can anyone tell me all the trophies and where to find them plz?

i know a few of them but not all, cant remember lol...first off, theres six skill trophies u can get by accomplishing certain things
Skill Master: complete all skill points
Bolt Finder: find all titanium bolts (or platinum, whichever)
Nano to the Max: increase nanotech to 200 by playing challenge mode
Omega Arsenal: upgrade all weapons to omega level(level 8) by playing challenge mode
Friend of the Rangers: complete every Ranger mission
Annihilation Nation Champ: beat all Annihilation Nation challenges

then there are character trophies...i only no a coupla these

Ratchet: on Florana. there should be a green area on your map on a building. go to the area on the top floor of that building, then go along the ridge on the side of the building. there should be a room with the trophy(u can see the trophy from the room where u first glide down to the small platform)

Big Al: on Tyrhannosis. when u need to blow up the 4 generators, go to the green dot 2nd on the middle-right. it is on a tall platform u can access by jumping and gliding.

The Plumber: on Daxx. from the start, dont swingshot across. go up the steps on the left. there is a long trail with small enemies and the huge floaters with guns(hint: use the shield glove). follow the trail until you are in a small circular room. there should be some boots in it. DO NOT JUMP OUT OF THE ROOM. instead, walk to the right out of the exit and the trophy should be on a small ledge.

I missed the "Reflect on how to score" Skill Point first time around in Marcadia, and I can start Challenge mode..(I got Robo'Noids breathing down my neck)
guess I should start over to get all skill points?
(then I can upgrade all weapons in the process, cuz believe me, it's -ing hard to upgrade a Plasma Whip or Spitting Hydra later on in the game.)

BTW, I only need 3 more trophies..being:
-Skill Master
-Nano to the Max
-Omega Arsenal

Do you know how to get those trophies? and also to upgrade stuff quickly try doing missions over and over and over again.
