Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Well to make sure they work, go to dragon arena in Budokai 3 and get the passwords. And no sadly you can't get uub and omega shenron, that was just a rumor

put in the password for kid goku and it worked,kid goku's stats went all the way up

hmm well I can't really help you if I don't know all the characters you have, lets see with the few basic secret characters, do you have:
kid goku
master roshi
tao pai pai
the great monkey
oozaru vegeta
? ------------------------
also check my fusion FAQ and see if you don't have one of the characters you get by fusing.
if you STILL can't find out who the character is post back here I will look into it further.
