wow, great find!
but my next character is Omega Shenron. I heard you can't get him in the game except to get his password from Budokai 3.

i soppose you go to google and find out.
just get all 7 dragonballs and wish for the password. Put the code for lvl 100 Omega Shenron. He will be unlocked and will be VERY strong due to the level.
This isn't the only character...you can also do uub and other characters that aren't in this game.

jeez, i just got the "password" thing from shenron, but i have no idea how to acess the area where i enter my password, anyone know?

you need 7 dragonballs. Chooce the wish called "password". You will have to enter a code, so do so with omega shenron.
The only way to enter a password is to have all 7 dragonballs. So keep that in mind.
