I knew that, I just didn't know if ss4 goku was in budokai 3. I can't really help you there unless you want to play budokai 3 in dragon arena mode, and get his password that way.

yea,super sayian 4 goku was in budokia 3,he was my favorite
the way u get super sayin 4 goku in B3 was beat that univesre mode 3 times but on the 3rd time,around the part when u have to face buu,go to the capsule cooperation house,talk to bulma,then go down to where the world tournament is and fly around those islands till u see ???.and u do this with goku
