i mostly use majin vegeta...
i mostly go flyaway...charge n shoot...if he's too clever for that...ima facing him hand to hand...kick to kick...may d quickest win....i mostly win coz when his down...i blast him off with either final flash or big bang attack....
when he's too much n ima really frustrated...n desperate to beat him...ima finding a way to blast off with final explosion
also try d oozarus...their very strong...1 weakness though....slow....n cell likes playing around with slow opponents....still u got good chance using oozarus since they can take a huge amount of attacks...n pounds with huge damage...but i warn u of their speed...it'll be ur undoin

Actually their fast. they just look like they're going slow. Thik of on part of their body as the same size as a normal character. then dash sidways. you can tell he's pretty fast. If you focus on only on part of their body then you can see how much of a distance that body part travels.
Think of like a godzilla movie. When it shows a camera looking up at godzilla from the ground, Hes legs look like they're moving slowly. But look at the distance that one foot travels with on step, probably equal to 200+ human steps. Get it.
