Do you mean finding the splicer island plans? Because, if that's what you need, its in one of the dumpsters around town- if that wasn't your question, I'll look at my game again. I haven't played it in forever!

if you no where the university is in urbania there is a dumpster the spicler islands plans are in that dumpster
