On the final boss (16) I have hit 3 weak points exept for the one on his sholder (near his head) that disapeirs every time i get near it, what do i do?

ignore the thing on his shoulder, it's not important. Just climb onto his head and stab him.
the thing on the shoulder does matter u need to shoot the shoulder 4 him to grab it then climb up.
