Get Trunks, give him the SSJ capsule. But the sword won't show up like that. The picture was doctored (edited).

The pic is edited, its a pretty bad job at that. No secret characters or costumes etc. are going to pop up now seeing as the game has been out since forever.

And about the Bulma thing, she is in the Jap version of the game, as an alternate costume for Videl.
