Altering cave... thats the one that you keep ending up in the same place right? It's simple, like the guy says, it's something to do with the rocks. The number of rocks represents a direction 3 rocks = go right 6 rocks = go down 9 rocks = go left 12 rocks = go up
like that, and eventually you'll find a girl, battle and beat and you can figure out the rest...
The cave is located on Route 103. It is useless unless you have a Pro Action Replay or other cheat device. It was set up to alter itself when you connected to a Wonder Spot, which is a place to download things from Nintendo and Pokémon. You can no longer recieve these downloads, but you can hack/cheat using Pro Action Replay to fix the cave to have one of the following Pokémon in it: Zubat, Aipom, Smeargle, Shuckle, Pineco, Teddyursa, Houndour, Mareep and Stantler. You can only hack/cheat to get them to appear there. The E-Reader cards may also affect the altering cave.
